Cooling off period
A 14 day cooling off period is customary, but if you’re truly unhappy with our product after the 14 days are up please let us know and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Returns & exchanges
Outside the 14 day return window?
Is one of the items damaged and you need to exchange it?
Reach out to us by filling out the contact form or emailing us at info@kindsugi.nl.
Please try to return your box in its original packaging as we pack our boxes very carefully to ensure they aren't damaged in transit.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Once you have given us notice that you will be returning the items, you must send the items back within 14 days.
Returned items should not be used. Any damage to the items, including the box and any used items will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once we have received the items, we will check them for their condition. The amount to be refunded will be determined and be refunded to you within 14 days of us receiving the items. Refunds will include original shipping costs if applicable.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made through your account up until the order has been shipped. At that time, the order will be delivered to the address provided.
If you no longer want the order, please do not open the package upon receipt. This will ensure that you get a full refund.
Exemptions
Digital products purchased individually cannot be returned or cancelled once purchased. However, digital products found in our bundles are given a unique link, so long as they're not accessed, they will be able to be refunded.
